The more specific information you can give, the more accurately we can make you a quote. After starting the project and you want to change your mind about anything we can discuss the possibilities. After receiving your information then an appointment can be arranged to check onsite. Then you will receive the final binding quote. Only if after the initial agreement, you want to make any upgrades then we would confirm the costs entailed to make any changes.
If you have people to assist in the carrying and loading then we need to take that into account when making your quote. Therefore the more specific information I receive from you, the more accurate the quote. The final quote will be made after a home visit where we can foresee any problems that would need to be taken into account. You will receive the final quote per email and that will then be binding for the agreed work.
We have an arrangement with an insurance company to cover for all aspects of your move, depending on your contents. This can only be evaluated on a case by case basis.
A 40% down payment 48 hours before the job starts should be paid cash or by bank transfer. Cancellation within these 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee which is. % of your quote.
If you need to change the date we need to know this 48 hours before the job should begin. However we will always do our best to accommodate any wishes you may have and would then need to re-assess the closest suitable date. There will be no cost for changing the date if within 48 hours.
We are happy to take any spontaneous appointments, if there are slots available. Sometimes you need something transported at short notice and for these small jobs we will probably manage to fit Into our time schedule, but all of this is subject to availability.
