Once you have received a binding quote you can be assured that I have evaluated the project and am confident that the job can be done. I would not accept or make an offer for any type of work that I didn’t 100% think was possible. Unless you wanted to take the risk of trying something out of the normal, that would have to be agreed upon.
We work with the greatest of respect for your premises and ensure our work is carried out safely. A good job needs good preparation to work in a clean and organised way.

We do not work on the basis of a price list or set hourly rates, which can very quickly add up, even before the actual job has started. We evaluate each job for the extent of work required and after validating this on site we make a fair binding price quote. So this will be your price with no hidden costs, unless you decide to upgrade on anything during the process ! This would then be subject to possibilities and a cost agreement would have to be made before any work or changes would advance.
As would be expected, once we have confirmed your work we will, of course, have all the necessary tools to complete the job.
If you need to change the date we need to know this 48 hours before the job should begin. However we will always do our best to accommodate any wishes you may have and would then need to re-assess the closest suitable date. There will be no cost for changing the date if within 48 hours.
We are happy to take any spontaneous appointments, if there are slots available. Sometimes you need something transported at short notice and for these small jobs we will probably manage to fit Into our time schedule, but all of this is subject to availability. Please contact us to check on availability.
A 40% down payment 48 hours before the job starts should be paid cash or by bank transfer. Cancellation within these 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee which is. % of your quote.
Of course, we welcome any phone calls or any queries but the best way to do this is to go to the “ get your quote” link and fill in a short description of the work you would like to have done.
The more specific you can be is, of course, helpful but in the first instance a general description would be sufficient. We can go into more detail in a personal discussion or visit to make your final quote.
